Here you can download the official release packages of KVIrc.
The official packages are released least frequently but are also the most stable ones.

Source package (all the platforms)

C++ sources: you must to compile them to obtain a working executable. This means that you need a compiler and all the tools needed to compile a program on your system.

Windows binary package

Self-contained win32 KVIrc executable: it should run just after the installation.

MacOSX binary package

Self-contained MaxOSX KVIrc executable: it should run just after the installation.

Linux flavor binary package

Pre-compiled packages are available for several linux systems (read "distributions"). If a package for your exact distribution is not available you might try to install the "closest match". If no package works for you, then you have to compile KVIrc from the sources.

FreeBSD binary package

There is a FreeBSD port, which is available as a precompiled binary package or as a source package.
